FaroStar Inc. (hereafter referred to as “FaroStar, we or our”) recognizes that it is our social responsibility to protect and handle personal information properly throughout all our activities. FaroStar establishes personal information protection policy, recognizes importance of personal information protection, is committed to complying with all laws concerning the protection of personal information and guideline, also makes effort to protect personal information as following policy. 株式会社FaroStar（以下「当社」という）では、全ての企業活動において個人情報を保護し適切な取り扱いをすることが社会的責務であると認識しております。 当社は、個人情報保護方針を社内に定め、個人情報保護の重要性を認識し、個人情報の取扱いについて個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の個人情報保護関連法令及びガイドラインを遵守するとともに、以下の方針に基づき個人情報の保護に努めます。

3. Utilization of personal information　個人情報の利用について

FaroStar publishes collected personal information in advance or may utilize it within the scope of the purpose of utilization so far as it is needed to perform task. Purpose of utilization is as follows

  • To provide the service and contract procedures
  • To display function of our providing service and contents for customer
  • To analyze the information
  • To respond to inquiries

当社は、保有する個人情報を、あらかじめ公表し、又は以下に示した利用目的の範囲内で、業務遂行上必要な限りにおいて、利用します。 当社が保有する個人情報の利用目的は以下のとおりです。

  • サービス提供及び契約手続き等のため
  • 当社サービスにおける機能とコンテンツ表示のため
  • 情報分析のため
  • お客様から当社への問い合わせ等への対応のため

4. Third party provision　個人情報の第三者提供について

FaroStar does not provide personal information to a third party without obtaining an individual’s consent in advance unless otherwise stated in the following cases herein;

based on laws;

• there is a need to protect a human life, body or fortune, and when it is difficult to obtain Principal’s consent;

• there is special need to enhance public hygiene or promote fostering healthy children, and when it is difficult to obtain Principal’s consent; and

• there is a need to cooperate in regard to a central government organization or a local government, or a person entrusted by them performing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and when there is a possibility that obtaining Principal’s consent would interfere with the performance of the said affairs.

当社は、以下に定める場合を除くほか、事前に本人の同意を得ることなく、保有する個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

  • 法令に基づく場合
  • 人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
  • 公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
  • 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事項を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼす恐れがあるとき

5. Management of personal information　個人情報の管理について

  1.  FaroStar makes effort to keep personal information accurate and to manage it safely.
  2. FaroStar take appropriate action for the security control of personal information to protect against loss, damage, falsification or leaks, also review properly.
  3. In case FaroStar contract out personal information to a third party, we select a third party who can handle personal information properly and supervise third party with concluding contract or other appropriate action to ensure safe information management.

 

  1. 当社は、個人情報の正確性を保つことに努め、また、これを安全に管理致します。
  2. 当社は、取り扱う個人情報の滅失、き損、改ざん及び漏えいを防止し、適切な措置を講ずるとともに、適切な見直しを図ります。
  3. お客様等の個人データ情報の取扱いを第三者に委託する場合は、個人情報を適切に取り扱っていると認められる委託先を選定した上で、契約の締結等により委託先においても安全な情報管理が図られるように適切に監督します。
